Laundry Till runs a drycleaner or laundry from the moment a garment is handed over to the moment it goes home. Book an order in under a minute, print a tag for every piece and take an advance. The workshop screen sorts garments by cloth type, sends them to the washing or pressing bench or to an outside cleaner, and marks the order ready only when every piece is back.
Customers get a bilingual invoice with a QR code that opens a tracking page, and can request a pickup from their phone without logging in. Drivers run their round in the phone browser, with proof of delivery by signature or photo. One till covers cash, card, KNET, bank transfer and prepaid packages, and balances at the end of the day.
Every staff screen is available in Arabic, right to left, and each person picks their own language. Currency, VAT and phone rules are preset for all six GCC countries: three decimals for the dinar and the Omani rial, and no tax line in Kuwait or Qatar.

No. Laundry Till runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, including older Windows 7 PCs, and installs to a phone's home screen like an app. A tag printer, receipt printer or A4 printer is all the hardware you need.
Yes. Each person chooses their own language, and every staff screen is available in Arabic, right to left. Garments, benches and customers can carry Arabic names, and customer pages show both languages together.
Pick your country and the rate, label and tax-number field follow: 15% in Saudi Arabia, 5% in the UAE and Oman, 10% in Bahrain, and no tax line in Kuwait or Qatar. Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing is not yet available.
Die-cut garment tag printers such as the TSC TTP-244, thermal receipt printers such as the Epson TM-T82, or a normal A4 printer. Printing is straight from the browser, with no extra software.
You do. Each shop has its own database and can download a full copy from Settings at any time. Backups run every night, with an off-site copy every 30 minutes. Laundry Till is hosted in Germany; if your country requires data to stay in-country, ask us before you start.
You choose a package and we invoice it. If you do nothing, the shop becomes read-only for a month so nothing is lost, and then it closes. No card is taken at any point of the trial.
