SurveyHub is survey management software for route surveys, cargo inspections and marine surveys. The surveyor records findings on a phone with photos and GPS attached, with or without a signal. The office reviews the job and issues the report as an editable Word file, a PDF or an Excel workbook, the same day the survey is done.

Every report carries your company's own letterhead, logo and wording, and states plainly what was not covered. Reports reach clients as expiring share links rather than heavy attachments.

For project cargo, SurveyHub keeps a chain of custody from the hatch to the site. Each package is tallied, photographed, loaded, moved and signed for, and transporters or client supervisors can record their own leg from a link without an account. If a step was never recorded, the report says so.

Built in Kuwait, with the Kuwait grid (KTM) and KOC Lambert coordinate systems built in. Each company has its own separate database, backed up every night.

Questions about SurveyHub

Yes. Offline is the normal case. Records, photos and GPS traces are stored on the phone and sent automatically when there is a connection, without creating duplicates. Map packs can be downloaded along a route corridor before you set out.

The field app runs in the phone's browser. On Android it installs like an app; on iPhone it runs in Safari and can be added to the Home Screen. SurveyHub is not in the app stores yet.

Yes. Your logo, address block, clauses, section headings and order, with overrides per client. Reports come out as editable Word, PDF and Excel, and go to the client as an expiring link instead of a heavy attachment.

Yes, from Excel, in any column order. The wizard guesses the columns and shows 10 rows before anything is saved. A corrected list can be re-imported without losing the photos already taken.

Only your staff. Each company has its own separate database, and surveyors see only the jobs assigned to them. Backups run nightly for each company, with an off-site copy. If you leave, you can export everything to Word, PDF or Excel, and a full database copy is available on request.

SurveyHub's dashboard and field app are in English today. Arabic text is kept intact in exports opened in Excel. If Arabic screens matter for your team, tell us when you ask for a demo.
