The screens are in English. Customer documents (tax invoices, quotations and statements) can be printed bilingually in Arabic and English, switched on per branch, with your Arabic company name and address.

Yes for VAT: country VAT rates, output and input VAT, and a GCC VAT return report with PDF. Tax invoices carry the ZATCA Phase-1 QR code. Phase-2 (Fatoora) integration is not part of the product today. Kuwait invoices print without a tax column.
